Jarrod Kidston
Rugby has been a lifelong passion for Jarrod, who grew up running around the Sunshine Coast with a ball in hand. With over 20 years of experience playing, coaching, and refereeing, his rugby journey has taken him around the world—from representing teams in Hong Kong and Borneo to living and playing in England.

Now back home on the Sunshine Coast with his wife and kids, Jarrod is excited to inspire the next generation of rugby enthusiasts. For him, rugby is about more than just the game—it's about building friendships, staying active, and having heaps of fun.

Lauren McErvale
Lauren is a proud Sunshine Coast local who grew up playing a variety of team sports and exploring the great outdoors. Now a parent herself, she’s passionate about creating active, engaging opportunities for her own children and others in the community. This love for movement and teamwork helped inspire the creation of Rascal Rugby.
As a qualified Osteopath, Lauren brings a unique perspective to coaching. Her expertise in how the body works ensures that every Rascal Rugby session is not only packed with fun but also tailored to support healthy development. From building confidence and coordination to encouraging a lifelong love of movement, Lauren’s goal is to help every little rascal thrive.
